• This scanner has all the advantages of conventional ultrasound - obstetric and gynaecologic, abdominal organ assessment, echocardiography etc. - and then includes the 4D feature which allows for truly anatomic appearances of structures.

• Hence the fetus can be assessed for gross external anatomic malformations in obstetric applications, heart valve morphology in 4D echocardiography.

• It also contains tissue harmonic enhancement imaging which demonstrates masses in intra abdominal organs more favourably.
